  • The AIM System™ is a collection of sport science-focused Power BI report templates designed to help coaches, trainers, and performance staff make sense of their athlete data. It includes pre-built dashboards for tracking performance, readiness, training load, and more — all customizable to your context.

  • Yes! Each organization has unique needs. You can purchase the AIM System™ as-is or request customizations — such as adding team-specific KPIs, changing layouts, or integrating new data fields. Customization is billed at $75/hour.

  • When you purchase the AIM System™, you’re granted a single-organization license — meaning you can use it within your team, club, or school. Redistribution, resale, or sharing outside your organization is not permitted. Custom versions are also covered by the same license.

  • Yes! If you need something entirely unique — outside the AIM System™ structure — I also offer fully custom Power BI reports built from scratch. Whether it’s for testing results, recruiting, or department-wide dashboards, we’ll work together to design exactly what you need. Custom projects start with a flat design fee plus hourly customization at $75/hour.

  • Not at all. You’ll receive step-by-step instructions and sample data sheets to get started. If you'd like help connecting your own data or customizing the visuals, we offer optional setup and design support.

  • That’s common. Right now, AIM is designed for teams who manage their own data (e.g., in Excel, Google Sheets, or CSV exports). I’ll help you connect what you already have. A future version of AIM will include centralized data management as a service.
